Requirements for submitting and reviewing clips, screenshots, and other supporting files.

Submit only relevant evidence

Uploads must directly support an appeal, ticket, or bug report. Crop or blur unrelated names, messages, locations, and personal information whenever possible.

Allowed files and limits

The submission form lists supported image and video formats and enforces its current file-size limit. Do not submit malware, illegal content, doxxing, intimate imagery, threats, graphic material, or content you do not have permission to share.

Staff access and handling

Authorized staff may review evidence only for the related support, testing, or moderation purpose. Staff must not download, repost, or share evidence outside the authorized workflow. Access and related decisions may be recorded in internal logs.

Retention and removal

Evidence may be removed after the retention period configured in the staff system, after the related record closes, or sooner when it is unsafe, irrelevant, or no longer necessary. Submit a support ticket if an upload exposes private information or should be reviewed for removal.
