This notice explains what the Code Five Studios website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to players and applicants.

Information we collect

Forms may collect Roblox and Discord usernames, email addresses, application or appeal details, ticket conversations, bug reports, and uploaded evidence. Staff systems also record account, role, sign-in, moderation, and action history. Basic request information may be used temporarily to prevent spam and protect the website.

How we use it

Information is used to review applications and appeals, operate support tickets, coordinate development and testing, investigate bugs, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and send relevant decisions or ticket notifications when email delivery is configured.

Who can access it

Only authorized Code Five staff can access information needed for their assigned responsibilities. Staff access is role-based and logged. Uploaded evidence is stored privately and is not served as a public file.

Retention and deletion

Active records are kept while they are needed for support, recruitment, safety, or studio operations. Closed records may be retained for operational history and moderation consistency. Evidence is subject to the retention period configured by Code Five and may be removed sooner when it is unsafe or unnecessary. Submit a support ticket to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

Sharing and selling

Code Five does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting, storage, and email services needed to run this website, or disclosed when required for safety or law.

Account and access security

Keep ticket numbers, tracking codes, staff setup codes, and passwords private. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information. No internet service can promise absolute security, but Code Five uses restricted access, hashed credentials, rate limits, private uploads, and audit records to reduce risk.
