Using this website

Use accurate information, keep private access details secure, and do not misuse forms, uploads, tickets, staff systems, or Jayda. Automated spam, impersonation, threats, harassment, evasion of cooldowns, and attempts to access restricted systems are prohibited.

Applications and decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or payment. Code Five may pause recruitment, request more information, close incomplete submissions, or decline candidates based on current project needs. Application and appeal decisions may be reviewed internally.

Tickets and support

Keep your ticket ID and access code private. Tickets may be closed when resolved, inactive, abusive, duplicated, or outside the scope of Code Five support. Staff may retain transcripts for continuity and safety.

User content and evidence

You must have permission to submit any text, image, clip, link, or portfolio you provide. Do not upload illegal, harmful, private, malicious, or infringing content. Code Five may remove unsafe or irrelevant material.

Staff accounts

Staff accounts are personal and may not be shared. Staff must protect passwords and setup codes, use only authorized panels, and follow role restrictions. The Owner may revoke access, invalidate sessions, or require a password reset when security or staffing changes require it.

Service availability

Features may change, pause, or enter maintenance as Deadline and the studio develop. Code Five does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every submitted message will receive an immediate response. Roblox services remain subject to Roblox's own terms.
